On the spot for quality and ethical compliance

In order to manage production and maintain efficient on the spot quality control we have established Benross Hong Kong Ltd and also an office in Guangzhou, China, both of which are close to our main overseas production areas. Here, our own employees act as liaison management between the local office, the manufacturers and the UK, while our own quality control teams inspect materials and goods before and during manufacture, and at post-production stage, prior to shipment.

Where we have established manufacturing links outside the immediate control of our offices, we still delegate staff from these offices to monitor production and maintain a quality control role.

We always quality audit all factories before signing manufacturing agreements, and we also monitor every manufacturer’s ethical labour policies.  We subscribe to an independent auditing authority who also acts as a vigilant watchdog to safeguard workforce rights.
